A PROBLEM SOLVER THAT CARES

Ward 2 isn't homogeneous. Every neighbourhood and each community is distinct and so are their challenges. One neighbourhood is plagued with speeding, another is facing noise issues. Many are grappling with issues caused by infill construction and community safety is often top of mind for others.

Ray works alongside Town of Oakville staff to help bring the right departmental assistance to solve problems and provide support.

A nearby infill construction project was out of control - heavy dust and debris, no proper tree protections and garbage everywhere. Ray marshalled help from a few Town departments and they arrived with solutions.

I first met with Ray Chisholm about 8 years ago when engaged in the campaign to save and preserve the Glen Abbey heritage landscape. Since then I have seen him speak and vote on multiple issues with a practical common sense approach.
